stress-free weddings

My style of photography is candid and unobtrusive.  Having photographed weddings and events for over 10 years I have developed an ease and relaxed manner which helps to provide a stress-free day.  With months of planning going into one day, my goal is to capture the creativity and fun while not introducing any distractions.  Posed family and friends pictures are done with care, control and a cheerful attitude.  Candid images from the "getting ready" to the "last dance" make for a complete artistic record of the day.  If you are interested in enjoying the moment and having a portfolio of images that reflect the story of your day I'd be happy to photograph your event.

The Hora!

The Hora, or chair dance, is one of the most exciting celebrations in the Jewish tradition and whether it is at a wedding or a Bat Mitzvah or Bar Mitzvah it's a wild time.  Here the father of the Bat Mitzvah girl resisted going up, but with persistence his family and friends succeeded. As you can see he had a great time!

Bat Mitzvah

Do you like a good party?  Some of the best parties are those in celebration of the Bar or Bat Mitzvah.  With candle lighting, great DJ's and dancing, there is never a dull moment.  The opportunity for good photographs are endless!

Boston University Graduation

I love photographing graduation celebrations and living in and around Boston there are ample opportunities to do so.  With Harvard University, MIT, Boston University, Boston College and many others we are probably the largest center of learning in the world.  This past week I was at the BU celebration photographing a graduate and his family.  Fortunately I was in the right place to capture Steven Spielberg as he walked to the stage to receive his honorary degree.
