wedding photography: party pictures

Often times the wedding photographer can be seen to leave for the day just when it seems that the party has started. Party pictures are one of my favorite types of images and I always stay to capture the multitude of candid moments that occur during the reception and party. My packages include unlimited time and therefore capture the full day!

wedding photography: action sequences

Weddings are one of the most beautiful and important days of a life and with that comes great candid moments of intense emotion and action. When photographing a wedding I am always on the look out for those moments that reveal the day's spontaneity and fun. And although one magical photograph can capture the essence of the occasion, often times a sequence of images tells the full story. During those moments of intense joy I always work to be there composing pictures that capture the sequence as it happens.

Two wedding photographers?

I'm often asked are two photographers necessary to cover my wedding day. The answer is best explained as follows: It is definitely not necessary as approximately 75% or more of my weddings are shot solo with great result. However many couples choose two photographers as it provides the opportunity to be in two places catching all of the action. Therefore if you are anticipating a lot of special moments happening at once, with action divided amongst locations I'd say two photographers is a smart choice. My wife Ksenia has been photographing with me for several years and has an eye for detail and candid moments that allow us to work very well together.
